No special license required! You need a car with insurance, computer, printer, smart phone and be very computer and internet savvy. Plenty of energy, ambition and the ability to work on a commission basis just like in real estate are required.

We are a manufactured home sales broker and new manufactured home dealer so the sky is the limit selling new and re-sale homes. You must be a real go getter willing to develop a client base, speak with potential clients about listing their home for sale and develop buyers for those homes.
